Siden helga var booka med konfirmasjon og o-løp, var det ikke mye tid til å nye friluftslivet denne flotte helga i Trøndelag. Med 20 grader på dagtid måtte vi likevel komme oss ut for å få litt frisk luft.

Lørdag kveld pakket vi derfor sekken med god mat, liggeunderlag og sovepose og satte kursen mot Stjørdal. Ved Stav svingte vi av E6-en, og fant etter hvert en parkeringsplass langs en lokalveg litt øst for E6-en. Vi hadde sett oss ute et lite vann som lå i passelig lengde fra vegen, samtidig som det lå en del myrer i nærheten . Vi hadde nemlig et håp om å rekognosere litt i forhold til potensielle spillplasser for orrfuglen.

Sommerøl og spekemat
Det varme været i Trøndelag den siste tiden har virkelig fått frem sommerfølelsen hos noen og enhver. Derfor var spekemat, eggerøre og potetsalat en sikker vinner som meny. Sammen med lyst sommerøl lurte vi (som vanlig) på om det var mulig å ha det bedre…

Utover kvelden begynte orrfuglen også å lage litt lyd på myrene bak oss. Vi fant likevel ut til at vi like godt kunne la den få holde på i fred, og vi ble liggende ved det blikkstille skogstjernet og virkelig nyte livet. Et lite kveldsmål ble fyrt opp, og stemningen minte lite om at vi befant oss kun et par kilometer fra E6.

Søndag morgen våknet vi til nok en strålende dag. Småfuglene spilte som besatt på alle kanter og sola smilte til oss så stor den var. Etter en morgenkaffe i soveposen, pakket vi sammen sakene i 9-tida og satte kursen mot bilen igjen. 15 minutter senere satt vi i bilen på vei til konfirmasjon i Trondheim . Kan friluftsliv gjøres enklere?
